Excellent service! Went in for a tyre change and was in and out within 10 minutes, quick and easy.
Alex at reception was well mannered and extremely helpful.

More formulae 3 than 1 . An hour to change 2 tyres is not great . Not helped when you can see the car jacked up and nobody on it for 20 mins . He reappears like magic when you complain

Need to book an MOT as soon as possible and F1 at Crewe was able to satisfy my requirement.

Bought 2 new tyres from Asda with fitting at F1 Autocentres. Thought the money I paid would cover the cost to get them fitted but found that they charge an extra £25 so I could have the new one's put on the front. Had to pay it if I wanted the tyres fitted as had already paid for the tyres thru Asda. Got home called Top Gear tyres & Staysure Tyres & they told me no they don't charge to move the tyres around.
Any excuse to make some extra money especially if they feel they have you over a barrrel. Won't be using these people again. Feel like I have been exploited & ripped off. Called them they said no they won't do a refund.

Judge for yourself. On the plus side, the work was done quickly and the MoT was competitively priced.

However, for a Citroen C3 Mk1, a common car which is generally easy and cheap to work on....
Change set of front brake pads : £96.49
Change front brake discs : £194.21
The main supplier to the trade sells the same pads at about £31 a set, the discs at £59 a pair. Including VAT. Retail.

I question this and am told that the job pricing is controlled by HO - they just select from a job menu which includes parts AND labour.
This means that both of these are treated as if done individually, while any competent mechanic knows that doing a disc change while also changing the pads should add no more than 10 minutes each side to the job.

Add a (budget) tyre replacement at £72 with balancing EXTRA at £12.50.

Worksop F1 Autocentres

Car went in for service and Worksop branch failed to tighten wheel nuts correctly. Noticed whilst driving on the motorway. Pulled over and called AA who reported to wheels had not been tightened correctly.
£50 offered as good will for risky peoples lives.

We received great service from the Formula One team at their Boston branch after going in with an exhaust hanging off. We were met with very polite and professional service with great communication, and they got us back on the road by the end of the day.
Their team at Boston were a great credit to their company.

Excellent service, easy to order tyres and payment was easy also , great choice when to have tyres fitted , Highly recommended
